Given time, wrinkles typically diminish as the material adapts to the frame’s tension. The inherent stretchiness of vinyl aids in its natural smoothing process, although additional measures may be necessary for complete relaxation.

2. Heat Method:

   . Secure the material to the assembled frame, ensuring even tension.

   . Employ the central heating system in your theater to gently warm the material at approximately 90 degrees for a few hours.

   . Allow the material to cool while stretched, encouraging it to return to its smooth state.

3. Sunlight Method:

   . Elevate the frame with the tensioned screen and expose it to direct sunlight.

   . Position the screen’s back towards the sun to gently relax the material.

   . Depending on the extent of the wrinkles, expose the material to sunlight for 10 to 60 minutes.

   . Return the material to a normal temperature setting to cool and tighten.
